Ryan + Alexander was founded in 2016 by recruitment specialists Kiri Burney and Bernadette Ryan-Hopkins.

From the outset, we focused our decades of expertise on the Bay of Plenty, drawing on our market and industry knowledge to cover every stage of the talent acquisition process.

R+A is multi-disciplinary and therefore able to cover the full breadth of roles from temporary to contract or permanent, entry-level to executive management. We are the definition of a full-service recruitment agency.
