Our Community
Ryan + Alexander places a strong emphasis on giving back to the community in which we work.
In 2021, we partnered with the Acorn Foundation to establish five scholarships worth $3500 each, for local Year 13 rangatahi who planned to study in the Bay of Plenty.
The scholarships, supporting the students over three years, are intended to further strengthen the dynamic workforce in the Bay, whilst also supporting talented youth.
Ryan + Alexander also supports local primary schools, and you’ll often see our logo splayed across kids’ backs in a number of different sporting disciplines including rugby, football and netball.
We have been Principal Sponsor for the Bay of Plenty Cricket Golf Day in recent years and are very proud to have sponsored the Business Women’s Network conference for the past three years.
We are proud members of Priority One, Tauranga Chamber of Commerce, and the Business Women’s Network.
Bernadette, Kiri and the team are also regular media commentators on regional recruitment and the job market, drawing attention to trends, pain points, and opportunities.
